· Coordinated economic and development assistance at the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad, ensuring that the $3 billion U.S. government assistance portfolio aligned with strategic objectives while advancing regional stability and long-term growth.

· Led a $290 million development portfolio focused on critical education infrastructure and workforce development in Pakistan’s Sindh province, which contributed significantly to improving access to education and employment while fostering inclusive growth and reducing the appeal of violent extremism.

· Led disaster and pandemic planning at the county level in the United States, and traveled to underserved areas to coordinate operations, keep hospitals open, and provide direct care for patients at the height of the COVID pandemic.

· Coordinated the U.S. government’s response to the 2010 Haiti earthquake, leading efforts to shelter and support several hundred thousand displaced Haitians while developing solutions for long-term permanent housing. 

· Advanced disaster resilience in Mongolia by collaborating closely with local experts to build a national disaster data system and advising international partners on the country's preparedness efforts.

· Directed the Training and Resource Center for the Mongolia Economic Policy Reform and Competitiveness Project, facilitating expert-level dialogues on mining, tourism, and trade.

· Co-organized the widely successful “SuperChats,” Mongolia’s first online public forum connecting citizens directly with senior government officials.

· Provided strategic leadership in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) to the $3 billion U.S. assistance portfolio in Pakistan, pioneering the use of multi-tier monitoring systems and embedding adaptive learning into the Mission culture. Our experts directed more than 130 MEL activities—including evaluations, assessments, and data quality reviews—while advancing innovative approaches in non-permissive environments.

· Forged new partnerships between the United States and non-federal entities in Russia, including partnerships with the Autonomous Republic of Buryatia and the Gorbachev Foundation.
